Shipping Schedule

To ensure the health and safety of our animals, live shipments are dispatched exclusively on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. This schedule ensures that animals are not held up in carrier transit facilities over the weekend.

Weather Holds and Delays

The well-being of the animals is our highest priority. All live animal shipments are strictly weather-dependent. We monitor temperatures and weather conditions at our facility, major routing hubs, and your final destination. If conditions are deemed unsafe for the animal to travel, we will hold your order until a safe window opens.

Please note that depending on the season and regional weather patterns, it can sometimes take a couple of weeks for conditions to clear. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated on the status of your shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs for live animals are calculated automatically at checkout. Your specific shipping rate is determined dynamically based on two factors:

Your Region:

The distance and specific carrier routes to your destination.

Animal Size:

The box dimensions and weight required to safely transport the specific animal you are purchasing.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all live animal orders over $400. Once your cart total reaches $400 in qualifying live animal purchases, the shipping fee will automatically be waived at checkout.

FedEx Hub Pickup Only

For the safety, temperature control, and security of our animals, we do not ship live animals to residential addresses. All live animal shipments will be routed to your nearest designated FedEx Hub for pickup. Please note that this must be an official FedEx Ship Center (Hub), not a standard retail shipping store, Walgreens, or third-party drop-off location. We will coordinate with you to determine the closest acceptable FedEx Hub to your location.

Live Arrival Guarantee & Claim Process

We guarantee that your animal will arrive alive and healthy, provided the following conditions are met. Failure to strictly adhere to these requirements will completely void your Live Arrival Guarantee:

Timely Pickup: Once your animal arrives at the designated FedEx Hub, it is your responsibility to pick it up in a timely manner. Failure to pick up your animal promptly after it is ready for pickup will void the guarantee. We strongly recommend picking up your animal as soon as the hub opens or immediately after receiving the arrival notification.

Immediate Inspection: You must open your package immediately upon pickup to inspect the animal and ensure it is alive.

Immediate Reporting: In the unfortunate event that an animal arrives deceased, you must provide clear pictures of the dead animal

immediately upon pickup. Claims or photos submitted later will not be accepted, and the Live Arrival Guarantee will be voided.
